Safari is the worst browser I've ever used in my life, and on Windows its
even worse.

You haven't really given us enough information to get a focused answer.
Try running IE7 with no add-ons and see if that helps. I believe the
option is under Tools>Manage Add-ons. Disable all the add-ons.

If that doesn't help, then please post back with more information. This
link will help you with what details to include:

First, check your graphics card manufacturer's website for the latest Vista
Compatible drivers for your graphics card.

Second, if you have the latest drivers or installing them doesn't resolve
the issue, check the Event Viewer under Administrative Tools in Control
Panel or on the Start Menu for errors that correspond with when this event
occurred. If you find nothing of substance or it simply references IE7, go
to All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Internet Explorer (no add-ons) on
the Start menu. If opening IE with no add-ons resolves the issue, the
problem is most likely related to some browser add-on.

In that case, open Internet Options in Control Panel, go to the Programs
tab, click "Manage Add-ons," disable add-ons one by one, checking after each
one to see if you have the problem. If the problem goes away after
disabling a specific add-on, it is that add-on that is the source of the
issue.
