Conexant update?

Had several crashes lately. MS Crash Analysis says I am missing and update
for my Conexant modem, and to get it from Windows Update. Can't find any such
update there .... what should I do next?

Generally it is not a good idea to get drivers from Windows Update.
Instead when you have reason to believe you need a new driver, go to the
hardware manufacturers website and get it.
