How to config my wired NIC as primary connection?

My laptop have 2 NIC, one is wired and other one is wireless. I found my
laptop alwasy use wireless connectoin, even my laptop connected to wired
network. In Windows 2000, I know it can control in network advacned
settings, but I can't found this settings in Vista.

In the Network and Sharing Center, click 'view status' for the wireless
network, There will be a 'disable' button.

Sorry, my question is how to configure wired connection as primary
connection; and how to configure wireless connection as secondary
connection. That's mean when my laptop connected both wired & wireless
network, then my laptop all traffic go through wired connection. On the
other hand, when my laptop disconnected wired network, then my laptop
auto-switch to wireless connection. My another XP laptop is using this
approach.
