Configuration setup running when Outlook 2003 launches

After launching Outlook 2003 installed under Vista, it always pops up the
"configuring Outlook 2003 standard" message, like it needs to install or
update something. This happens everytime launching the application, but
always lets me in and everything is as normal.

Installed SP3 before setting up the mail account. Would that make any
difference or should I uninstall the service pack and reinstall?

In Office Application try clicking on Help > Detect and Repair
