how to configure WSUS not to ask users ti restart computer

Hi,
I have configured WSUS server which works perfectly fine besides one little
annoying and unacceptable thing - despite the fact I enable option not to
autoreboot after updates installation, the user is asked for reboot the
workstation. I want to make it absolutely transparent so users do not even
have idea that patches were installed. I do not need to have them to be
effective just after installation (if reboot is required) but I can easily
wait until user reboots his machine when going home for example without
informing him about this necessity. Am I clear enough in my description?
