Confusing shortcut behaviour when merging with folder of same name

Steps to repro:
1) Create a new folder.
2) Create a link to that folder in some other directory.
3) Rename link to the folder name (remove the "- Shortcut" part of it). So,
we're making the folder and link target match in name.
4) Move the folder to same directory. If will ask you to merge content, say
yes.
5) Click on the link version, and it will say the location doesn't exist
anymore, which is correct. But, it also doesn't display the contents of the
folder that were moved either.
6) Cmd.exe into the thing that Explorer thinks is a shortcut, and verify the
moved files are there.

To summarize: When a shortcut is merged with a folder of the same name, it
appears as if the contents of the merge/move operation have disappeared. You
can view them in command shell, because that doesn't seem to follow the
shortcut target.

The solution would be to detect if we're moving the link target into the
same directory with the same name, and convert the shortcut to a standard
directory.
