Connect 2 system to copy files without network cards?

yes i know the way of connecting it via LAN cards, serial ports, or from
HDD by IDE-USB cable but this all would require me either to spend extra
or to open HDD from my system.

Well, if you don't want to physically connect the two computers with a
crossover ethernet cable and they aren't on a Local Area Network so they
can share files, were you expecting to use thought transference? ;-)

Put the files onto a USB thumb drive or burn to CD/DVD-R and sneakernet*
them to the other machine.

If the two machines are already on a Local Area Network and what you really
*meant* to ask was how to set up file sharing, please post back so you can
get that information. If you do want more help, it would be good if you
posted what operating systems both machines are running. I assume one of
them is Vista because you posted in a Vista newsgroup, but the other one
might be running something ancient and exotic for all we know.

Parallel or USB networking.

Lol, or 2 serial cables, a null modem, and that old US Robotics.
