Connected - but no Partnership

Hi Chris,

Firstly - I've been reading your site for years, it helped me out of a lot of jams, thanks a lot! I've been with PocketPC since the Cassiopeia!

In any case... I recently received the Motorola MPx form Taiwan, and stuck in my iPhone SIM card from At&T and voila - half a day later everything is working (TXT, POP, Phone) but for the life of me I cannot connect this thing to Windows Mobile Device Center in Vista. I would normally just downgrade to XP, but I have a setup on this Dell XPS laptop that needs Vista (and it actually quit crashing).

It finds the device as a flash card and it finds the SD card in it, but WILL NOT PARTNER. And I need to sync to my Outlook 2007 or this thing is a brick to me.

I read the log, but it's 10K, and even for myself, an IT specialist there is just too much code that I can't read or understand.

Any ideas? I would really appreciate some help here.
