Connecting to Sky.Com mailserver

Can anyone help please ?
I have installed Win 7 and now have to use Windows Live Mail. In Windows
Mail one could look at each mesail account and change the POP or SMTP
settings.
I know what to put in for Sky, but I can't find where to do the settings.

The location is the same as it has been since OE.
The problem is that the Menu bar is hidden by default.
Alt + T, Accounts, Add, E-mail account, ...........
