connection problem

hi,

i using msn live 8.5, there's not problem siging in however after signed in,
i always get this messege below the Find a contact; "Due to a connection
problem, changes you make might not be applied to other computers you use"

i also have some problems receiving message from my friends in my computer.

can anyone help me to solve this problem please?
