Hi
I'm getting the same problem, it happens for a few hours, then goes away for
a while. Rebooting the machine and the router doesn't fix it. Bandwidth to
ISP is fine, both at my end and with the person at the other end.
If I test using say Skype, much more of my bandwidth is used (using BitMeter
to get a real-time graph of usage), so it does seem to be MSN
mis-understanding what bandwidth is available to it.
Any clue as to how to fix this?
Thanks
Rob
