When I turn my PC on in the morning it takes about 15 minutes to hook up to
the internet and then it is just fine all day. My ISP says it is my PC and
HP says my PC is fine. I have ran the Identify and Fix Network problems. It
says it can't fix and it might be several net work adapters. A couple times
it said it couldn't find my ISP provider. Both said to delete history and
cookies and it didn't work. Help

Your Ethernet device probably has two entries in Device Manager (in Control
panel)
Use the Action menu to uninstall them all, (do Not delete the driver), and
then 'scan for hardware changes'
