I would suspect the relevet part of the error is:
2. There is no connection available for the device to communicate with the
server.
The relevant advice is:
1. Verify the connectivity settings on your device.
3. Ensure the device can access Internet sites.
I have 'verified my connectivity settings' BY 'Ensuring the device can
access Interent sites'.
Still seeking the resolution.
