Constant BSOD

Alright, here goes nothing. This is a problem that for the first time I
am having to post a thread for.
I own a Dell Inspiron 1720.
For some time now I have been getting the following BSOD
BCCode: d1
BCP1: 00000000
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000008
BCP4: 00000000
I have done much research on this code, and from everything I have
read, it rangers from different computers, to different hardware and
different drivers.
A bit of extra information, normally when I get back into vista after
the reboot, I get another window telling me that my Dell Wireless WLAN
Card Controller is an issue. Also, every time this error happens, I'm
doing something online. I have one way of guaranteeing this error to
happen, attempt to "Find Solutions" with Windows Problem Reports and
Soultions, the rest seem at random.
The drivers are all update to date, for everything. I'm honestly at a
loss.
I have a mini-dump if that helps.
Any help would be appreciated.

In general random blue screens that occur after the computer boots are
hardware related. Hence it would be in your best interest to back up all
your data while you can.
If you can boot the machine try replacing the video driver as a corrupted
video driver can be the source of many vexing problems.
In a laptop the user replaceable components are RAM and hard-drive. So it
would behoove you to run the MS memory test at boot time and if that passes
a hard drive testing program.
If these measures do not identify the problem and your laptop is out of
warranty . . .

I forgot: heat. Laptops clog with dust bunnies. It is not difficult to open
the various ports on the case and clear out whatever dust you can.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was
too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper
addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a
damaged pagefile.

Thank you for the replies everyone.
After more research into the driver causing the error, and looking into
how this BSOD has been going on (almost a year) I almost narrowed it
down to OutPost Firewall. After looking on their forums 'DualCore +
outpost = BSOD? - Page 14 - Outpost Users Support Forum'
it seems it doesn't like Dualcore systems very much. Uninstalled, still
happens.
One thing that lead me to think it was, is that it increased in
frequency this week when I change my Anti-virus from NOD32 to Avast.
As for a memory issue, both memory mods have been replaced already
after this issue started from the stock 2gb (1gb x2) to Kingston 4gb
(2gb x2).
I will do a memtest anyway to make sure.
I'm also going to delete the pagefile and see if that helps.
Will update shortly.
Again thank you for the replies.

Alright, while I'm reluctant to believe it ... I deleted the page file.
Went and did the one thing I knew would cause the BSOD (Check for
Solutions in Problems & Solutions. ) and it went all the way through, no
BSOD.
I now have no way to cause the BSOD myself ... so I guess I sit and
wait to see if it happens again ... or maybe it's actually fixed.
Either way, thank you again.
