Constant download notice

Windows Update Service has downloaded and installed KB936181 numerous times
and constantly wants to download it.
While not a real error it is anoying. Can anyone help?

I have a similar prob: did a complete reformat & install of XP on my hard
drive, just installed One Care, all updates were installed, and yet OneCare /
Update keeps telling me of hi priority updates are needed. A bogus update
notice. Anyone else????
