Constant Updates are Ready?

In the past week I am getting constant reminders that Automatic Updates are
ready to be installed.

It is for the Junk Emial Filter on Outlook.

I install them (succesfully) and then it sets up to do this all over again.

I am so frustrated I have turned off Automatic Updates.

Please help me? Microsoft has been no help whatsoever. I have tried to
contact them and I hit dead ends on their support sites (won't accept my ID
code/site is incomplete loading and says it's done, etc.)
