How about installing a Contact Cache delete button onto the Windows Live
Messenger client interface to use for connection troubleshooting purposes? It
may resolve a lot of connection issues in a flash. Thanks!

Greetings Lex,

It's a good idea for the next version of the troubleshooter. However, Microsoft does
consider clearing your contact cache to be a bug, not an actual thing that should have to be
attempted.

Plus, it would give me too much free time.
