Contact Display Pictures

I have Live Messenger 8.1 on two computers - a laptop and a desktop. On the
laptop I see my contacts display picture next to their name in my contact
list. On the desktop I just see the green buddy icon - no display picture.
I don't know how to get my contacts display picture next to their name. I
don't see an option for it. I really like it (just like my laptop). Any
ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Click on the button near Add Contact that is composed by two arrow...
Here you have to flag the command Show contact's details..
