Contact Groups Disappeared

I'm not sure how it's happened, but after I resintalled WLM all my contact
groups are missing apart from the one I created this week.
All my contacts are now classed as "other contacts".

I've signed in serveral times and it's been the same, does anyone know how
this happened and how to fix the problem?
