Contact pictures not showing on arrived e-mails

I am using outlook 2007 on a Vista home perm machine, syncing with a mobile 6
device.

When I have synced the deviced, even if it is disconnected, any e-mails that
arrive do not display any assicoated contact pictures, the contact link has
been broken.

If I reboot the machine, all returns to normal until the next time I sync.

Please does anyone have any ideas
