how is it possible to view all contacts in one list on one screen & not
hidden in folders or scattered in all folders????????

Well they're not in folders -- if you mean the grouping, you can get a straight
online/offline view by opening up the main Messenger window, pressing the Alt key on the
keyboard to bring up the menu bar, choose Contacts, choose Sort contacts by and then Status.

If you mean something else, you'll need to provide some other details as to what exactly
you're referring to.
