Contacts fail to load -wrongly configured - please reinstall

I'm on Windows 7 64 Bit and this message pops up on a more than regular
basis. I've reinstalled Windows Live Mail a couple of times and the message
keeps on coming.

It's a standard installation with a standard configuration.

Also on a regular basis, when adding a contact by clicking the add contact
link in emails, WLM freezes up and has to be closed down through task manager.

Anybody got a cure?
