Contacts option in Windows Mail popups an error msg.

Whenever I click on Contacts ( under Tools) a popup error msg from WinMail.exe is displayed telling that the file doesnt have a program associated to perform the action and redirects me to the control panel for proper association. Any idea? However I´m able to search for the Contacts folder and see its contents with Windows Explorer. Thanks in advance. Ada
