Contacts sync! Please help.. / support code 1

Good morning,
I still have a problem sinc. my PPC with my PC:

My PC config. : XP sp 3 - Office 2007 - Active Sync 4.5
My PPC runs WM 6.5

I can only sync 300 contacts on a total of 400,
AS shows me an error: SUPPORT CODE 1.

I tried many solutions but nothing solved my problem.
Can you help me?

Hi,

Run this command on your computer:

regsvr32.exe %Windir%\system32\ole32.dll

Let me know if this helps.
