Contacts sync

Hello,

I am wonderinf if there is a maximum number of contacts that i can sync with
my HP rw6815? I have around 600 and active sync will sync only 200. Any ideas?

There have been reports of over 5000 contacts being used and synced with
no problems...

more details such as where the contacts are located on the pc,
connection problems, etc, would help

I am using outlook 2003 with an exchange server, all contacts are in one map
which is default. I have connected with bluetooth and usb. I am using the
newest version of active sync. But still not all contacts are synced.

not familiar with that term in this context... do you mean they are all
in the same folder and do not include subfolders?

Hi,
Did you import the contacts from another source or used a program to import
them? There have been reports of problems with imported contacts from other
sources. The solution is to export the contacts and reimport them in
Outlook.

With "one map" I mean: they are all in the same folder and there are no
subfolders

No, I didn't import any contacts from an other source, I tried your solution
anyway but it didn't solve the problem

I discovered that only contacts with notes added to them, do not sync. But
still no way to fix it.

Hi,
Contacts with Notes have limitations. The notes are limited to about 16k
and you cannot place attachments in the notes because Windows Mobile does
not support embedded attachments.
