When I add a new contact it shows taht contact off line even that the
persoone is on line and that personne can not see me either, non messages
possible to echange between either

It's possible you need to completely re-establish your Messenger "relationship" with them.

To do so, right-click their name and choose Delete. Go ahead and e-mail your contact to
remove you from their list.

Next, press Alt on the keyboard to bring up the Messenger menubar, then choose the Tools
menu, then Options, and finally the Privacy tab. Find the contact on the allow list on the
left, right-click their name and choose the Delete option. If the Delete option is grayed
out, then they've not yet removed you from their main contact list.

After this, go ahead and readd them.
