Content Advisor Password

I have a friend who e-mailed me this morning. She set up Content Advisor to
protect her daughter. Today, for some reason it now says her password is
incorrect. Is there a way to reset or bypass the password? What can she do
to reclaim her computer? It won't let her on the net at all.
