Content Download Failed

Hy,

when i try to download, get follow error in event log:
Content file download failed. Reason: The client does not have sufficient
access rights to the requested server object.
Source File:
/msdownload/update/v5/psf/windowsserver2003-kb890047-x86-enu_ccac0b755af7acfe4e74b4b69fbe11d684c01c89.psf
Destination File:
E:\WSUS\WsusContent\89\CCAC0B755AF7ACFE4E74B4B69FB E11D684C01C89.psf.

in SoftwareDistribution Log:

Download error:
http://au.download.windowsupdate.com...a7a326f517.psf
failed in download: (-2145844845) The client does not have sufficient access
rights to the requested server object.

Can anybody help ?
