context menu on desktop

I seem to have lost the ability to right click on my desktop and bring up the
context menu. It is ok when I right click on file names and such just the
desktop seems to be affected. Anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance

Niether one of those keys show up in regedit

Actually I figured this out. I was having conflicts between my wallpaper
manager and my desktop settings. All is well now thanks for the guidance
