Hello all. First post but its kind of bugging me.
My context menus seem to be screwed up. Usually if I right click to
extract a RAR file it lets me do just that, however now it just will
not work.
Tried reinstalling WINRAR and also installed 7zip to see if it was the
fault only of Winrar, but nope..even the 7zip context menus wont work.
Also Open with wont do a thing as well.
So thats why I think its screwed.
Done a system restore...dont help.

So....anyone know how to restore the context menus so they work or some
kind of app that does it?

Remember: Vista 64.

Cheers.

Hi CoolChris

In 7-Zip, did you click Tools - Options and clicked "Select all" fo
the file extensions under the System tab and click OK

Thanks for the reply Shawn.

Yep, I have done that but still nothing. This is very wierd. Just hope
there may be a way to reset the context menus, but looking around and
googling Im coming up with nothing that can help.
Dont wanna reinstall windows just for this. I can still use winrar etc,
but just not the right click menus. AAAgh!
