Continuess reoccurence of 0x80190193 error

I am using IE6 on Windows XP in my office and connecting through a proxy with
a firewall installed. For last 1 month now whenver i tra to connect to
Windows Update, I am getting this error. I have tried everything mentioned
about this in the discussion community but to no avail. Please someone give
me a solution.

You receive a "Network problems are preventing connection to the Windows Update
servers" error message when you try to install updates

SYMPTOMS
When you try to install updates from the Microsoft Windows Update Web site, you may
receive the following error message:
Network problems are preventing connection to the Windows Update servers.

The Windows Update.log file may contain the following error messages:
Error 0x80072EFF
Error 0x80190193

CAUSE
This issue occurs if the server is busy.

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, try to install the updates from the Windows Update Web
site later.

MORE INFORMATION
If this issue occurs consistently, you may be able to resolve the issue by installing
the latest version of Microsoft Windows Script. For information about how to download
the appropriate version of Windows Script 5.6 for your operating system, visit the
following Microsoft Web site:

This is something that i have already tried but it did not solve the
problem. Is there any other solution present???
