Continuing PENDING REQUEST problems

Despite asking for help regarding a continuing problem with pending requests
I have not received a reply which has enabled me to fix the problem. I
wonder whether anyone else has experienced this problem, and if so, whether
they have found a solution. Each time I log onto Live Messenger I received
advice that I have 1 pending request. When I try to decline and block this
person (known as Sex Goddess) I am advised that the pending requests service
is temporarily unavailable. I have followed Jonahthan Kay's suggestions to
no avail and have yet to obtain a response to my question as to whether the
pending request service IS in fact temporarily unavailable or not! Can
anyone else help please? Am I seeking assistance in the wrong place?

Hi Mallane,

Since it does sound like a server problem on your specific account, you might try escalating
to Spaces support:

Hi Jonathan

Thanks for your reply - frankly I do not understand what you mean but I have
sent a report to the link provided by you, so I am hopeful that they may be
able to assist in providing a solution. On that basis I have rated your
response - at least it provides me with another avenue to pursue.

Hello Jonathan

Thanks for your earlier advice - have escalated the problem to the link you
provided. For the benefit of other users who might experience the same
problem I wanted to advise that Customer Support have received a number of
reports of this problem and I quote from their response.... 'This issue has
been identified by the product team as high-priority and we want to assure
you that we are working seriously to have this feature back as soon as
possible. Due to the complexity of this issue we currently project weeks of
testing for our engineers to narrow down the exact server and resolve the
issue.' Hope this helps anyone searching for information.
