Control Panal doesn't list updates

I want to uninstall a recent update, and have been told to go to Add/Remove
Programs to uninstall it. BUT, the updates are not listed in the Add/Remove
Programs list.

Several questions....

How do I get the updates to be listed here?

How do I uninstall an update without using the Add/Remove Programs list?

Theres a box in the top that says Show Updates, there is a manual way by
using uninstall switch for the MSI KB, but wouldnt recommend it.
