Control Panel: Explorer is shutting down

Hi all I have a problem when I am trying to access my Control Panel o
my user account. Explorer stops and then restart. This is a ne
installation of Vista Business. Any suggestions. Happens in safe Mode a
well

Have you tried making another user account? See if that works first.
