Conversation window can't display user's name if Non-English is us

I notice that WLM conversation window can't correctly display user's display
name if non-English characters are used. In this case, Traditional Chinese.
The previous version (8) works just fine but not this beta. For the detail,
please see the link I provide below.

The red rectangle part should look exactly like what the windows frame
shows, the whole user display name, not just .... My computer is English
version of Vista, it doesn't work here. However, I test it on the other pc
with Traditional Chinese version of Windows XP, it works just fine.

I get this problem too, but this applies to any words, including English words.

You can drag the name panel bigger at the separate line.

I was able to reproduce this as well!

If I drag the window size, it changes from displaying only ... to showing
the correct text until the status indicator.
