How to convert existing Vista 32bit license into Vista 64bit or XP

Hi

Does anybody know how to convert existing Vista 32bit license
into Vista 64bits or XP 64bits?

If you purchased Vista retail you already have the license for 64 bit. If
you want 64 bit XP you will have to buy it. If you have an OEM version of
Vista 32 bit, you will have to buy the 64 bit version.

Exactly what do you have now?
OEM?
Retail?

If you have retail Windows vista, it either came with 64bit media or you
can get 64 bit media:

If you have OEM, you need to contact the seller for options.

I checked the package of windows vista business 32 bit right now,
the package said

"OEM system Builder package Intended for system builders ONLY"

That means I need to contact the seller for options??

Yes.
With OEM, you generally only get one or the other, not both.
One of many reasons OEM is cheaper than retail.
You need to contact the seller, but there is no guarantee the seller can or
will help.

As Richard said, but make sure that there are 64-bit drivers available. You
may need the SATA controller drivers for any install, then you will need any
other system drivers.

A 64-bit generic OEM key will work on a 32-bit generic OEM DVD (I've tried
it, it will install and activate), so presumably the other way round will
work too. Not that I'd suggest borrowing a copy of a 64-bit OEM DVD and
using that, of course...

No. The seller has no responsibilities. When you purchased the package,
you took on all the responsibilities of the 'OEM system builder'. You got
that cheap price because you took on the responsibility. Now you are here
trying to learn all the stuff you are responsible for.

Google the microsoft.com web sites for "oem system builder" to learn your
responsibilities.
