I OPERATE WITH WINDOWS XP - WORD 2003; HAVE A REC'D A DOCX IN 2007 FORMAT. I
WANT TO OPEN AND EDIT/SAVE THIS DOC; SP2 INDICATES CONVERSION ALLOWS
EDIT/SAVE; DOWNLOADED SP2, BUT DOES NOT ALLOW ANYTHING BUT VIEWING. ANYONE
HAVE FEEDBACK?

You need to post in a Word newsgroup, as this is not a Windows Update issue.
You'll need the word converter.
