There are a number of converter packages out there, most you pay for
(usually a small fee) some are bundleware (they come with other stuff,
probably stuff you dont' want). You just need to find the one that converts
in the direction you need.
There is an MP3 to WMA converter created by Microsoft, it's part of the
Microsoft Plus! Digital Media Edition. You can find it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/plus/dme/Music.asp
It costs $15 and can be downloaded right away. The Audio Converter in this
package will convert either to WMA (various formats and bitrates) or MP3
(various bitrates, whichever is your preferred codec.
I've personally used this and it's pretty simple to use. A wizard interface
where you can either convert entire folders or individual songs.
