converting profiles from 2003 to 2008

Hello,

I think to installing a new Windows 2008 Terminal server in my Windows 2003
domain.
But Windows 2008 works with different profiles. Is there a tool or a white
paper how I can convert the 2003 Profiles to a 2008 version.

I use workstations with Windows 2000, XP and Vista and work also with Wyse
Terminals.
