This is freeware. On the site to the left is a number of free conversion
tools.
Download and install:
Free FLV Converter 6.7.4
http://www.koyotesoft.com/indexEn.html
Once downloaded and installed, open it.
It can convert .flv to a number of other formats.
Click the: "Conversion from FLV" button and add the .flv to be converted.
Under the "Output configuration" dialog, click once to the right of
"Format" and a drop down menu appears, select "Audio Only"
The dialog changes, and under heading "Audio" you can select what
audio file type to convert to, the default setting is MP3 at 44100 and
128Kbps.
To change the audio settings, on each just click once to the Right in each
line
and a sub menu will appear.
You can select to save as MP3, AAC or WMA
You can change frequency, and stereo to mono, and bitrate etc.
Now at bottom click the folder icon under "Conversion Information" to select
where to save the newly created audio file and to give it a name.
