COOD11B1 error

I'm having a unique problem - had been running and loving 2K Pro, old sys
died a horrible death- got a new one with Win XP HOME- Working in NetObjects
an old favorite web builder - have a media file .asf that will pay alone with
media player but gives me an COOD11B1 error when attempting to pay from
embedded in HTML calling same media player. Other than converting the video
into flash can anyone suggest a fix or solution? TX
