Cookie error after installing SP2

Anyone find that after installing SP2, IE will not load any page needing to
set a cookie? I get errors saying to lower the cookie setting, which I even
tried "Accept all cookies" and still it tells me Windows is not set to accept
cookies. I saw someone else in a Google search who had the same problem, but
no response to her problem.

"Igmont",

I am sorry you are hitting this issue. I do understand that this behavior
happened directly after installing XP SP2, but these other newsgroups would
very likely be far more helpful.

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
microsoft.public.windowsxp
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support

Sincerely,

I have the same problem -- also looking for a solution.

I'm having cookie problems also. In a CGI I set a cookie and I can get the
cookie ok when the request comes from a certain link - the link that caused
the cookie to get set, but from a different page - same site - the cookie
doesn't show up. This used to work. Now it doesn't work on IE or Netscape. So
it's something to do with the OS, not IE, in my case anyway.
