Where does Vista store the Cookies Folder??

They are located at:

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Lo w

AND

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies

Actually I posted a bit soon.
I did a subsequent search for 'Cookies' . The search actually found 3
'Cookies' Folders
and 4 other folders which I believe to be either system or hidden because
the icon is
"grayed out" but they are being reported as Folders.

I'm trying to trouble-shoot a problem logging into a web site with
the tech person for the web site and I was just trying to make sure
the unwanted cookies were being removed properly.
