Hi,
i wonder if anyone can help me, i just bought the game mystery case
file ravenhearst, and when i install it and try to play it, it say
that mystery case file ravenherast has stopped working, and also my
magic vine game, in that one it say that macromedia projector has
stopped working, i am running windows vista ultimate 32 bit. can
someone help me please

Have you checked the developers website for information Vista compatibility,
support, patches/updates? Also have you tried running the game in
Compatibility mode? Right click the games executable > click Properties >
Compatibility (tab) > check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode
for:' box > click in the list box and select an appropriate version of
Windows the game is guaranteed to work in.

Hello Andre,
thanks for your help, but when i click on the game executable and then
properties i do not see a compatability tab, and i did check bigfish
games to see if they have any updates for this game but found none,
actually they did say that this game was vista compatiable. so could
you help me some more

Hello Andre,
i have re installed the game but i still cannot find the compatability
tab, i have vistied the bigfish game site and they say that if the game
doesn't work i should up grade to the latest version of direct x which i
did and but it still doesnt work, none of my games work, i need help, is
there anything else i can do to make this work.
Help me please
