`Copied CD-R music

when I try to play a CD-R disk in my Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-111D play it wil show
the files as track 1-13 but it will not play. The player I try to use
wheather it be real player or windows media player it will not play and at
some point will say there is no music on the device. Is it the Cd rom or is
there something that needs to be configured ? Please help
