Hi,
Probably not. Once the clipboard is overwritten with new data the old is
lost. If you still had the document open, you could probably have done an
edit/undo a few times to retrieve it, but not once you've saved and closed
it.
Your only chance might be if there is a still a temp file of the original
(uses the same name of the original with a $ sign preceeding it, and should
be in the same directory as the original) that did not get erased when you
closed it.
