Vista Home Premium.

I would like to copy all of the settings from my Admin User Account to a
Standard User Account. How do I do that?

Not too sure if this can be done, but perhaps a workaround? (On the
assumption that the Standard Account you mention is newly created, and
not yet used).

Login to the Admin level account, and create a new (password protected)
Admin level account. Then change the original Admin account that you
logged in with to Standard User.

Will that do it for you?

When creating a new account create two new admin accounts. It's always good
to have two admin accounts in case one gets corrupted.

I tried it and as a result I lost my internet connection and after screwing
around for 4 hours I finally got it back.
I was trying to do the "right thing" by using a Standard Account instead of
an Admin Account. I should have followed my own advice..."If it ain't broken
don't fix it".
