COPY TO CD

I have an evaluation copy of Windows Server 2003 installed
on my HP. The instructions for copying to cd involves
starting the imapi service which I have done. Upon using,
I have a message saying cannot copy. Is this normal for
an evaluation copy? Is it abnormal for a bought copy?
At any rate, is there a fix?
