Hi,
They are tied to the account. You can't direct copy without manually adding each via the
dialog.
The only less painful way is to use a third-party tool which allows you to log into multiple
accounts at once (Messenger Plus -
www.msgplus.net will allow you to do this) and send
yourself the emoticons in a conversation, then right-click each and choose Add.
