Copy from message history?

is there a way to copy text from the Message History window?
Windows Live Messenger Version 2009 Build 14.0.8064.206

Indeed, ty for your answer. It appears only the keyboard shortcuts work
inside the Message History history window. The mouse (right mouse click/copy)
does not seem to work. Thanks again.
